B60
B60 is a proposed blend of 60% biofuel in diesel that the Energy Ministry is studying at the President's direction; no regulation sets it yet.
After launching B50 on 9 July 2026, President Prabowo asked for B60 to be developed. The Energy Minister said a study was under way (20 July 2026), while the timeline was reported differently, phased from 2027 or from 2028.
A move to B60 would raise FAME demand and raise questions about feedstock, incentive funding and degraded land. Its composition and implementation scheme are not final.
