Directorate General of EBTKE
The Directorate General of EBTKE (New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation) is the Energy Ministry unit that sets biodiesel HIP and runs the biofuel mandate programme.
EBTKE, headed by Director General Eniya Listiani Dewi, issues the monthly biodiesel HIP, prepares allocations and reports distribution to the House of Representatives. EBTKE codes appear in decree numbers, for example 3.K/EK.05/DJE/2024.
Fuel specifications at stations are set by the Oil and Gas Directorate General (Director General Decision 75.K/MG.06/DJM/2026), not by EBTKE.
