Jakarta — Provincial fresh fruit bunch (FFB) price determinations available by 4 November 2026 moved in different directions across five Indonesian provinces. For 10–20-year-old palms, Riau's plasma-partner benchmark fell to IDR 3,742.44 per kg for 4–10 November, while its partnered independent-smallholder rate was IDR 3,690.47. Jambi rose to IDR 3,717.77 for 30 October–5 November, and Bengkulu to IDR 3,428.29 for 1–15 November. West and East Kalimantan's latest verified determinations cover earlier periods in October. These are official or reported provincial benchmarks, not a single farm-gate transaction price throughout Indonesia.

Provincial prices and changes

The changes below compare each series with its own preceding determination. The dates differ, so the table does not rank simultaneous transactions. Riau's plasma and partnered independent-smallholder schedules are kept separate. Several source headlines cite a peak for nine-year-old palms; the comparable 10–20-year figure is used here instead.

Riau's partnered independent-smallholder schedule is displayed by the Pelalawan regency government. Sawit News reports the plasma schedule following the Riau plantation agency's price-setting meeting. InfoSAWIT cites Jambi's price-setting minutes. West Kalimantan's provincial SIDIKH database lists its fourth October period. ANTARA quotes an East Kalimantan plantation official; Sawit Setara cites Bengkulu's 31 October price-setting record.

Why the peak price can mislead

Sawit News reports a decline of IDR 23.26 for Riau plasma's nine-year-old palms, which is not the decline for its 10–20-year group. Pelalawan's schedule likewise highlights a nine-year-old peak of IDR 3,729.47 for the independent scheme. Bengkulu's reported highest price, IDR 3,466.34, applies to 21-year-old palms; the table consistently uses the 10–20-year rate instead.

Jambi gained IDR 38.43 from its 23–29 October determination of IDR 3,679.34. West Kalimantan gained IDR 35.33 from IDR 3,417.40 in its preceding October period, according to successive rows of SIDIKH. East Kalimantan lost IDR 66.51 from IDR 3,542.60 in the first October period, ANTARA reports. Neither Kalimantan figure should be presented as a newly issued early-November price; a subsequent determination still needs to be found.

Crude palm oil context

Media Biodiesel's CPO price page lists an Indonesian physical KPBN tender price of IDR 15,125 per kg on 30 October and a third-month Bursa Malaysia futures price of MYR 4,551 per tonne on 3 November. They differ in market, currency and date, and neither automatically becomes every provincial team's CPO input. Sawit News quotes Riau's plantation chief as linking its plasma decline to lower local CPO sales prices; ANTARA quotes an East Kalimantan official who points to softer CPO and palm-kernel prices in its second October period.

Readers can check the price hub and each linked provincial history. Determined partner-farmer prices can differ from actual purchases from non-partner farms because of fruit quality, arrangements and transaction conditions. The October periods remain labelled as October periods rather than being silently extended to today.
